We had 2 properties done today and I will say I was very satisfied with the technician. Aaron was awesome. He listened and had some great advice on moving forward with them. Explained everything that he was using and did and just all in all it went very well.

My tech Jalial was TERRIFIC! Hard worker especially in this heat. He addressed all my issues.

I just engaged Brooks Pest Control to help me control mosquitoes in my front and backyard. Today, was the first visit by one of their technicians. His name is Christian. Christian was very cordial and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and the reason why. My initial impression of Christian and Brooks Pest Control is positive. Only time will prove if their approach works in controlling mosquitoes.

Milam was thorough and provide good feedback. Milam also provided some advice on how to discourage wasps from coming back.
