Richard was my awesome tech. He helped me rid those awful fleas in my apartment. He was thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable in was to prevent further infestation.

Brooks Pest Solutions is truly great. We just made the switch from another service we’d used for 40 years. Brooks service is more thorough and their pricing is very responsible. The technician, Dylan, was very professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Brooks Pest Solutions to family and friends. The attention to the yard and house perimeter go above and beyond. Truly happy we switched to Brooks.

Dominic showed up, explained what he was gonna do and then got after it. Our house looks so much better after he removed webs for high eves. We found a couple of dead roaches after the treatment which told me his efforts were indeed working. We are very happy and look forward to quarterly service.

Mr Brown drive a long way to get here and I told him garage access was difficult as it was still filled with items from last hurricane. I had arranged pickup in four days if he wanted to come once it was empty. He said it was completely up to me. So far everyone I’ve met from Brooks Pest has been friendly, professional and accommodating. Feels good to relax. Problem solved.

This company is the best by far ! I had asked James a lot of questions and he was very helpful and was able to answer anything I asked. He explained the rundown in detail of everything he was going to be doing with the services and let me be know of what I can also add onto it. Great company and very great employees .
