I got home from walking the dog and my technician, Ethan was at the door. He was a friendly person who lives right here in Oak Ridge. He did a through job of treating both the outside and inside of my home and answered any questions that I had. Overall, he did a great job!

I’m not sure what happened but I just made a big comment and I wanted to add a photo but it was just wonderful.

Cade had done a termite inspection around the property line, and answered my questions. James handled the followup to install the termite baits, and also checked the rodent baits to make sure they were topped off and double checked placement. He also answered questions regarding effective deterrents. Both techs were very helpful.

Cassandra from Brook’s did a wonderful job. She was very professional and extremely courteous. She also took extra care to make sure my dog was well away from the chemicals even though there was no indication of harm, she just wanted to be thorough. I appreciated that above all.
