Steven was polite, and knowledgeable we walked through the inside of the property and I showed him where the problem areas were. He explained the process of what to expect before and after treatment. He was concerned about our pets and politely asked if they could be put up for at least 30 minutes until the spray dried. He then politely excused himself to mix the solution & begin the perimeter treatment. Before he left, he was kind enough to educate me on some of the pests I may see since I’m new to Texas that I might not of seen in Washington. And I really appreciated that! Really great customer service!!! Thank you Steven!!!

Good service and Steven is a awesome technician good manners and does a great job.

They come out same day if you call before noon. The tech was understanding and patient with my dogs and questions I had. He explained things well and inspected areas in order to do a more individualized treatment to suit our needs. We are just getting started so can’t speak on the effectiveness of the treatments yet, but no issues with getting things started!
