Randy did a great job taking care of my house today. He performed every task he is trained to do. Then asked if I needed any kind of specific treatments that I may have. . I truly appreciate the hard work put in to take care of my property.

I am giving a 5 star review based on courteous technicians! (RANDY and others). They have always had a VERY positive attitude even when I have had to call them back to get more product reapplied. The price is okay. I am happy to spend the money if the product worked. However, the product they use doesn’t seem to work. Ants returned and I have continuously been eaten up on my legs when gardening in my raised food beds.

Juan Rivera was very thorough and extremely nice and knowledgeable. Glad to have had him service our home. Looking forward to not seeing anymore bugs!

Kirubel did an awesome job. Very polite. Took care of all the spiders on my deck area which was super annoying. Was in and out in no time.

Francisco was fantastic, he took the time to go over the areas of concern. My only concern is with the lack of notice of arrival time. Francisco showed me his work order and it didn’t require him to let me know about him heading to my house. I have a big dog and it was outside when he arrived unannounced. He could have been badly hurt. Every customer should receive a 30 minute notice of arrival.
