He is very professional and he explain everything to me ask he go so I can understand the the process that would happen to get rid of the roaches. He is very good what he do.I really appreciate him doing his job to get rid of these roaches thank you Brooke pet solutions for the young man you hired to help me get rid of the roaches in my home.

Devin, the technician, was very professional, patient, and obviously knew how to solve the problem. He explained how the treatment worked to eliminate the yellow jackets. I was very pleased with the treatment he did and would ask for him again. Brooks Pest Solutions promptly scheduled the appointment to solve the yellow jacket problem.

Updated: The techs are great but customer service and the billing is a complete mess. I had scheduled the service which was supposed to be every other month. Every time I have contacted the customer service line I have been told by reps the complete opposite of what was done. I’ve been charged when I was advised I would not. And not one time have we seen improvement in the pes t and actually the second time they came out, it got worse. Again the techs are great but I warn against this business. There is no accountability OR integrity for the customer service line or for the billing department . Paired with the ineffective pest control methods, this is simply a business to avoid at all costs. Updated for 2nd Visit : My daughter stated the tech, Kevin was very thorough and went over the aftercare steps in great detail. She stated “he was a joy to be around” and took care of all of our concerns. Thanks again! Our technician Erik did a wonderful job. He was super kind and professional. Would highly recommend.

I shared my concerns with Jack as to voles and insects that bothered us. He answered my questions and promptly went to work to address the issues. Time is our friend and I look forward to these pests being eradicated.

Trent from Brooks Pest Solutions did a great job performing his tasks for pest control. He gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and where it would be done. Trent was polite, efficient and totally professional. I highly recommend Brooks Pest Solutions and their technician Trent.

Ian did our pest control. I didn’t follow him around or shadow him like a creeper, but I assume he did a good job. For all I know, he could have just walked around the house a few times. The main reason I’m writing this review and gave him 5 stars is because my son’s name is also Ian. Their prices seem pretty high, though, tbh.

When they first came out I was explained with the details so we went ahead with the agreement. The very next day a tech came out and started with extermination.
