Antonyo did his job, quick, calculated and stopped to review his scope of work with me when he finished the task. We found several dead insects this morning after his visit yesterday.

Richard gave a full explanation of the pest control treatment before starting the treatment. He followed up with a ‘show & tell’ on what he did. Richard also followed up with his office on scheduling my previously requested termite inspection. A job well done!

Randy did a great job treating our home for pests and explained everything he was doing. He was also very considerate of the pets inside our home and discouraged treatment in certain areas for their safety. We are very pleased with pest control company.

Jonas came out today and sprayed our home. I was at work so it was my mom that Jonas dealt with. He was very patient, helpful and informative!!! I plan on continuing services every month with them. Thank you all for everything. Highly recommend.

I needed a new pest control company and after doing my research, I went with Brooks Pest Solutions. It was easy enough to get Service started the very next day. James arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He did a thorough job and answered many questions. James has been in this business for many years and his work ethic and customer service skills proved it. I was relieved to have an experienced professional show up to treat my home and yard. Finally, I found a pest control company I have confidence in. I will update this review if they prove me wrong, but so far so good. James, if you’re reading this, thank you for your work. You are truly appreciated!

ì I am very impressed with the professionalism of our tech. Ian. He was punctual , announced his arrival , and performed the service as planned. With the exception of him letting us know he was here, and the service card he left when he finished, I barely even knew he was here. The office did a great job of clarifying the terms of our service and appropriately made things right due to a couple of things the door to door salesman misconveyed at sign up. Overall, I am very happy with this pest control service and plan to stay with them for awhile.

I explained the issues we were having with spiders and ants. Also needed to know if,in fact, the rodents were eating the bait. They hadn’t touched it the past time a technician came to check. They had eaten it all in both traps. I feel a lot better about that situation. He also took his time and used the brush with oil on the areas for spiders. Neither tech in the past did that. I will prefer a technician who listens . One that does what is expected for the service. Ian does that.

The technician that came out today did a great job , talked me through everything she was going to do and did it all. She was very polite and sweet and professional. She treated my yard with granular for ants and other bugs. She even treated my hummingbird post with ant bait so they would stay away from the feeders. She removed all the spiderwebs, even treated my pile of wood for hornets/wasp/yellow jackets. Then she put out a bucket with solution in it to attract the mosquitoes and kill them.

I was very satisfied with the work Isaac did. He was very pleasant and communicated to me the work he had performed today. I was contemplating canceling my service because I have not been satisfied with the service. I request Isaac to service my home quarterly.
