I mainly got assistance with the bugs an cockroaches an they did for ticks n fleas because I said I had a dog but u don’t have to get that part if y don’t want or u can even if u just want them gentlemen did a great job an he explained everything well I appreciate that in the service also I thank you an see ya on my next date.

I have had the best experience with Brooks Pest Control. The salesperson Charlie was polite and knowledgeable. Next I spoke with Ethan in customer service on the phone to make sure I understood the billing correctly, and he was wonderful. Then Robbe the technician came to spray and put mosquito buckets in the backyard, and we were so pleased with his professionalism. All around it’s been an exceptional experience.

Kenneth did an excellent job today with my pest control. He listened, advised and explained how he was going to treat our house. We are very happy with his performance.

The very next day, my grandson came with fright, Saying, “A roach tried to crawl in my covers last night!” Now I don’t know about you, but I will say today, These roaches are getting bolder in every single way. They act like they’re your buddies, Like they belong in your house, Crawling on your back As quiet as a mouse. Like it’s all just fun, “Don’t have a heart attack!” But guess what, little roaches — We are NOT friends, and that’s a fact! Jackie answered quickly With kindness and ease, Saying, “I’ll send Richard over — He’ll handle those pests with speed!” Then Richard showed up smiling, Saying, “I’ve got your back. We’ll lock those critters out for good, So they’ll never come back!”

Stephen M. Did an exceptional job. He explained what the real issue was, treated inside/ outside and how to move forward with treatment. He also assisted me with setting up the necessary treatment schedule to resolve the problem. Hoping he will be the tech that returns!
