Today was our First day of having an exterminator come fumigate our house and Arthur (Arturo) was of good help. He explained everything and the chemicals he used, I am very happy with his service. I will definitely continue with this company. Thank you 😊

Usually I get a text with the time but I didn’t so I wasn’t home when Jalial arrived but I can say he did a good job on the outside. This is the second visit to my home and I still wasn’t able to get the inside sprayed.

1st service, great communication and service plan is affordable. Samuel was courteous, timely and took care of all needed services without question. Great service, look forward to continued

The Brooks Technician was friendly, quick, and thorough. He arrived on time and was extremely courteous.

Rang door bell and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. Also asked about any other areas needing attention. We had no other areas. He did the job and left.

Excellent service. Nicholas gave us 45 minutes heads up that he was on the way. When he arrived, first thing he did is listened to us about our concerns, then very detailed he explained how and what he will be doing. When he finished his work he reassured us that anything we need, they are just a hone call away. Very happy with the whole experience

Thanks Mr Angel from Brooks company for your Termites free inspection services today. This is a company I recommend to you if you want to seat in your backyard enjoying the sunshine.

They come out same day if you call before noon. The tech was understanding and patient with my dogs and questions I had. He explained things well and inspected areas in order to do a more individualized treatment to suit our needs. We are just getting started so can’t speak on the effectiveness of the treatments yet, but no issues with getting things started!

Brook’s tech was detailed about his service work. He was professional and respectful. He even saluted our American flag when spraying around our mail box.
