I thought we was very professional and in explaining what each application was for and provided contact info if I had any questions. I can’t wait to see how well this works over the next few months.

I’d been looking for another pest control company and Ken with Brooks just happened to knock on my door. He was personable and explained to me how Brooks was different than the other company I was using. He set everything up and within a couple hours I had Jack at my home providing treatment. He also was cool and took his time to properly remove webs and such from around my home which I appreciated and did a good job on the inside as well. Now we just wait and see the results. Definitely a good first impression though.

Brooks Pest Solutions is so far good. They listened to my concerns and explained everything to me very thoroughly and was willing to work with me on the price range I needed. When my tech came, Marcus, he was polite, professional and speedy. They also use animal friendly products, which to me was a huge plus due to my dog. I would recommend them to other’s.
