I wasn’t home when the technician came by. However, I did notice he had gotten the spider webs but, of course, can’t see the treatment he did. Since Brooks normally does a good job, I will assume he did everything he says he did, so I am satisfied.

Brookes Pest Control is awesome. I’ve never had such good service. They come when they say they are coming they do what they say they are going to do. Every single one is so kind and respectful. They always tell me what they are going to do and always let me know when they are done and always ask if there is anything they can do for me. Such wonderful young men and such a great Company. Arthur was so polite and helpful. Thank you Brookes for hiring such gentleman’s.

My technician, Ignacio, was excellent!!! He was punctual, very knowledgeable, and considerate of the family needs and space. He answered all of our questions and asked follow up questions to be sure he serviced the right areas and for the right issues.

Wayyy better than Orkin!!!! 🤣 they came out same day, sprayed inside and outside, knocked down some wasps nest , and placed a bait box outside for mice. Great customer service!

Kenneth was so polite and bade certain all was covered ; but said if I see more after 14 days to call . Really good company thus far and very easy to work with.

David was very polite and sprayed the inside of our home and put pellets out for the ant hills outside. He was patient when he had to wait a couple minutes to spray a restroom since someone was in the shower, oops! It was out first treatment so hopefully we notice a difference. Thanks!!
