Pest Control & Extermination in Georgia, Texas and Florida

I’ve only been working with Brooks Pest Solutions for about a week, and I’m already so glad I chose them. Two companies were recommended to me and I spoke with both. After my phone call with Zach, the decision was easy. He was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly with no pressure at all. As a functional health coach, I’m quick to notice a sales pitch, and I never once felt one. I am also quick to notice when someone truly has a knowledge base…. and I can say without hesitation Zack and Nicholas have that! Nicholas came out today and I was just as impressed. He was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer every question I had. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been genuinely sooooo kind and personable while clearly knowing their work inside and out. If this is the care I can expect for the rest of the year, I’m in very good hands. Highly recommend Brooks.

Very good service! Came out right away, on time very professional and did a great job spraying and scraping away the buggies! I’m very pleased! Thank you!

Very courteous and very professional!!!

Brandon is a great tech and he listens to what I want treated and does it. He has a genuine concern for his customers. He even didn’t get mad when I offered him a broom for being a Yankees fan after I mentioned the Rays were playing.

Anthony was very thoughtful and helpful explained everything in detail and it was the first visit and it was nice to. Very satisfied!!!!

I had requested from Brooks that I always be home when technician came or that they at least leave a door tag. Tristan made sure I knew when he was starting and when he was finished. He discussed any problem areas I had observed and reported back on areas he observed and gave special attention. .

Karl and Stephen were very professional and did a wonderful job with my wasp issues outside of my lanai. Karl even suggested a very easy/cost effective way to help with the wasps. They also sprayed the perimeter of the house and front yard as a precaution. I am extremely pleased with my appointment.

Arturo nunez.very kind and courteous..juan tech.was also great

I requested a female tech and they provided. Stacy is a good person. She actually made sure to treat every part of the interior and exterior as it was a huge concern of mine. Lastly, Stacy actually took the time to ask me before leaving if there was any other concerns I had. Stacy is one of a kind and Brooks is lucky to have her on their team! Thank you Stacy. 5 stars is for Stacy! I will say The only thing I do not like about Brooks the company is the fact that when you get Transferred to their scheduling department it goes overseas. Theres ALOT of Americans that need jobs.

Nice guy

Our service tech technician Karl was extremely professional and courteous. He covered our interior exterior home as well as the interior home very well. He did things our other technician has never done. I asked him and he said this was a routine work. We’re very appreciative of his services

Daniel finally made it back and did a great job he was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating we appreciate the professionalism and look forward to seeing him again at our next treatment. We prefer retaining technicians and having a technician of his caliber in the area is a great thing so we hope he will be our normal guy and will continue to do a job well done! Thanks.

They were very helpful and attentive, they talked with me through texts at first and the answers were very punctual and professional. They came out today and I can already see a difference, there’s been no bugs scurring around. Me and my roommate are very relieved that the difference is night and day. Since they sprayed ive seen only 2 bugs but if you knew how it was at first you would understand that it is better already.
