So far Brooks Pest Control has been awesome to my family! Caleb, and Jimmy were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional. The work is quick and thorough, I never have questions or concerns as communication is clear. I was sceptical at first, but I required assistance twice for two different issues and Brooks was on it immediately and even gave me free termite treatment!! Highly recommend👍🏽

His first visit. Introduced himself and began with a series of questions to determine our needs and desires. Explained what he would be doing. Asked questions through out visit to be sure he was meeting expectations. Responded quickly and courteously to our requests. Good attention to details.

I Spoke with Zach at the Home Office to get me set up! I explained I tried to do some home pest control and quickly saw the spiders were way beyond my reach. He was exceptionally helpful in getting me set up for an appointment same day. The service tech Demarcus came out educated me on what he would be doing and serviced the inside and outside of my home! Amazing customer service from start to execution. I signed up for recurring services off those two interactions and will be telling my neighbors about Brooks!

Deante did a thorough job on the interior and exterior. Appreciated him ridding the tall windows of insect nests starting to appear in spring. Wonderful service.

Trent was great! Kind,professional and knowledgeable…was not happy about the fact that the appt was set between 10 & 3 window…no call saying they would be late. Come to find out I wasn’t even on the schedule till the last minute…just frustrating to wait all day…otherwise joy we’ll done and happy with outcome

Excellent service. Very detailed in his pest control. Even took down spider webs in the garage and a wasp nest outside that I was unaware of. I didn’t expect these services. I thought they would just spray and leave. Devon takes pride in his customer care.

OJ came and took care of the spraying of our condo unit. He was professional, kind and on time. I would recommend him to everyone!! He also informed us of the chemicals used and told us to stay outside with our dog for an hour! He was very thorough!

We had Steven come out today for an ant treatment, and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we understood the treatment process. He was professional, patient, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how kind he was to my kids he talked with them, answered their questions, and made them feel included. He was friendly, personable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much better. It’s rare to find someone who provides great service and genuinely cares about people. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Steven!

The technician was very Friendly and came and did his job and left he didn’t linger so far. I really like this company. We’ll see if they get rid of the bugs.
