Just wanted to drop a quick note – Demarcus did an excellent job! Took down something like 22 hornet nests ( terrible around the lake), cleared multiple cobwebs amongst other things. Demarcus also did a great job of the inside of our house. He was very attentive and thorough. He was professional, courteous and very communicative. I want him to do our next service!

Kamden did a great job on the initial visit/setup even tho it was 100+ degrees outside. Dude thugged it out regardless and gave a great sales pitch. It’s nice to see someone younger with some drive. If he’s on commission, I’d raise it to keep him around. Definitely has the gift of gab. Keith, the technician, also did a jam up job on the service end of things. He did an awesome job cleaning ALL the spider webs from the side of the house. Once everything was completed, he sent a video of the front of my house and just stated what all was done and any further instructions you had for me. The personalized video is a really nice touch, especially since I couldn’t be home for the treatment, it gave me reassurance. Being a service technician myself, I always try to tip the individual doing the actual work. So I hope Keith receives the full amount for the tip I sent him. 💯 Trevor C

Our Tech James was awesome, he sprayed every room inside thoroughly and outside also I thank you very much for your service and for changing out the roach sticky things… lol (motels) lol I appreciate everything y’all have done to improve our home.

Richard was absolutely amazing! He came in and treated the inside of our house swiftly and was so kind. He treated the outside as well and was done within 25 minutes! We felt very safe having Richard as our technician and would recommend him to everybody!
