Both Alexandria and Stephen wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough; my two preferred technicians for sure! The scheduling team needs some attention. They often forget to set the reminder to have the techs call an hour before arriving. They even forgot to schedule us for July, so we missed an entire month of service. Stephen and Alexandria are their saving grace.

Malachi was polite and very helpful. He was knowledgeable and very efficient . Great job !

Isaiah did a great job treating our home for bugs. He was very friendly and helpful answering my questions.

The technician, Quincy, was nice. I would like to observe the results for a bit longer to see how effective the treatment is before providing my full feedback. While the smell from the treatment is currently a bit strong, I hope it proves to be worth it.

We had James for the first time today. And his supervisor came out to try to remove a problem. He will be taking care of that for us. But James is great, he really explained everything. None of the others did. So I will be having James Everytime. He took the time to do it right. Found some termite problems in my Florida room. And sprayed real good for me throughout the house. Hopefully someone will call soon to get the termite problems fixed. But he sure knows what he is doing and what he is taking about with the chemicals. He is the guy to have coming to our house. I will have him every month from now on. The other guys were okay that came here before. But James is the one with most experience. Thank you James.

It was great for them to come out they were on time unfortunately they don’t do the service that I required which had I known ahead of time I would have canceled the appointment, however the tech was on point on time polite courteous and if you need their services for what they do I would highly recommend them!
