My tech was Keyshawn and he was nothing short of amazing. I was a frantic mess and he understood I was losing my mind and stepped in to put me at ease. He explained everything, was patient and answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable.

First time using Brooks pest solutions, first visit is very reasonable price , , Malik did an excellent job.

Fernando Cepeda came out for my termite inspection and was very professional. He didn’t try the “hard” sell, he simply displayed his knowledge and the capabilities of his company. That was enough to sell me on their service!

Today, I had the pleasure of having DeEric to service my apartment. DeEric got right to work when he arrived and was very concerned of my needs. He took all my concerns into consideration and made sure all need were met. I appreciate his service and thoroughness.

4.5! First, let me tell you about my interaction on the phone with Brooks. I had the option to text with someone. We all hate talking to people on the phone, that’s not what they’re for. I chose texting. A+ right there. Next awesome thing? An appointment the next day. THE NEXT DAY. I had to clean my house but yes, I will take that appointment. After the special and the discount, I paid so much less for our first appointment than the other guys wanted to charge me. Roman was a little outside the time window but I’m blaming traffic for that. I had so many questions because we’ve got animals and I wanted to make sure none of them would lick a baseboard and if they did, have it not kill them. Roman answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was knowledgeable about the process and the company’s products. I learned that ants are not just my nemesis, but also every exterminator’s. I didn’t even realize that we had wasp’s nests outside but not now because Roman got rid of those. I’m probably not the only person who hates insects 🐜 🦟🪳🪰 of all kinds. I’m probably not the only one who rages out when they see another anthill or another cockroach. I was DONE with our 6-legged friends yesterday. Today, Brooks helped us start the process to destroy them all (in my house and yard, not all insects in the world). Thank you, Brooks: specifically Roman and the tech who answered the phone yesterday. I appreciate the quick response and the patience with all my questions. Thank you!!!

So, I am not one of those people that go around posting reviews of businesses, but let me tell u. Brooks Pest Solutions offer and delivered on same day rest of service and service completion. THE DAY BEFORE FATHERS DAY! My technician Jack was polite and patient with my desire to banish the spiders for good. He was professional and very thorough and even answered all of the questions that I had after he was done spraying and laying the granules. I will definitely be recommending this service to anybody that I know thank you Brooks pest solutions and thank you Jack. Happy Father’s Day to all of you at Brooks best solution.

Michael was fantastic. He was able to help my son understand that he needed a little bit more done in the home that was gonna take different solutions.
