Marcus did a great job and was very friendly. Definitely seen the bugs dwindle down and are almost complete gone. My wife saw a few bugs pop up recently and so we had them come out and just do a quick spray to hopefully get rid of the remaining bugs. Overall great experience.

Brandon was friendly, showed up on time (they even sent him out same day) and provided us with a video once he was done explaining the service. He answered all of our questions, and made us feel better about having a pest free home!

Agent is knowledgeable and thorough. Bait boxes were set for moles/voles, bee and ant nests were exterminated, exterior widows and foundations were treated. I was given a list of the chemical products used.

Kevin arrived in the time frame listed for the appointment. He was very nice and provided me with all the details for the service. I was still clearing out much of the interior of my house where it would make it easier for him to spray for ants. Everything was done pretty quickly, he also took the time to ask if we had any questions regarding the service and future appointments. Very professional.

Russell did a great job was very knowledgeable and took his time spraying our house. I have referred him to many of our friends Because of the quality work that he provides.

Cassandra from Brook’s did a wonderful job. She was very professional and extremely courteous. She also took extra care to make sure my dog was well away from the chemicals even though there was no indication of harm, she just wanted to be thorough. I appreciated that above all.

Cassandra came out today and did an excellent job. She brushed off any cobwebs off our windows and treated our front/back yard with flea and tick treatment. Thank you Cassandra for the great customer service.
