As far as the servicemen it would be 5 stars from him. The problem with doing ratings on a service that last 2 months. I don’t know yet if the chemicals and services will last. So at the 2 month marker I can go up to a 5 or down. So for know this 4 stars represent the salesman and services. Right on time, thoroughly explained, polite all good.

Today my property was serviced by Brooks Pest Control. The technician was prompt and thorough and had good customer service.

This was our first service call with Brooks Pest Solutions. Our tech, Benjamin, was great! He was thorough and addressed all our concerns He went above and beyond…we saw him using a broom to sweep the spiders, etc from the ceiling and walls of the front porch! Great job! Thank you!!

We are new with Brooks Pest Solutions. Our technician this morning was Michael. He was very thorough inside and outside! Made sure to get in the nook where bugs and ver.in can hide. I was worried about my dogs and family with asthma PLUS my grandbabies arrive tomorrow! Although I took pets to groomers, the service was from 9-12pm for tech to arrive, so i had to bring pet home while he was spraying. We kept 2 rooms closed for pet snd asthma family member to be safe until the solution dried. Any questions I asked, he was able to answer giving me peace of mind. The rates were great and am confident that their job performance and professionalism will be excellent. They had a special (i think depends on square footage?) First service was $49 plus tax. (Its normally $350) And we pay monthly $75 with 24 month contract. Highly recommend Brooks Pest Solutions and Michael to service your home.

Chase is THE go to guy to deal with termites! On time, clear and timely communication, answers all our questions so we understand what is happening in the termite traps. While it is gross (termites are gross), it’s great to know they will be gone!

We loved our service technician, Daniel, today! He was amazing and honestly felt like we knew him forever, we all laughed like old friends. Third month into service and today Wesley did an amazing job, he was very informative and explained how each item he was using worked. He was very quiet and was able to complete his job without waking the sleeping teenagers who are out of school for summer break! Fouth months and I can absolutely say I love the service, the service techs are knowledgeable and absolutely amazing people. This month we had Israel and he did an awesome job! I truly believe you have the best technicians ever! I am 100% amazed with our service.

The technicians arrived@ exactly the time I was told to expect them. They explained what they Would be doing during this service call & they followed thru. They came to my front door when finished & asked if I had any further questions. I am thrilled that Brooks Pest Solutions is now in Lubbock! Thank you, Brooks!!!

Jack came out for our first service visit and he was very professional, explained the services he was going to perform on the exterior of our home. Once finished we did a walk through and he asked imperative questions regarding if, what, where, we had any issues. Excellent service and I greatly appreciate the video summary at the end which reviews services done. Excellent job and I look forward to the service outcome and reduction of pests around our property. 10/10 recommend
