Just had the first service from Ethan and he was very helpful in information. Very affordable as well. He conducted a 45 minute thorough assessment of my property and concluded accordingly. We reside near water reservoir embankment very known to flooding so the random insects will try to move in😆. I really appreciate his honest customer service and look forward to the next assessment. Richard from Brooks Pest Solutions did a great job performing his tasks for pest control. He gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and where it would be done. Richard was polite, efficient and totally professional. I highly recommend Brooks Pest Solutions and their technician Richard.

The tech was amazing. The issue was they ran out of mosquito buckets or whatever they’re called and are on back order. Hopefully, someone will reach out soon to reschedule for the rest of the treatment. Call center needs to be more aware of the situation of the techs.
