I have been looking for a new Pest Control for sometime after the last company destroyed a lot of my grass. A very nice salesman named Jake came by my home and was very polite knowledgeable and explained what they offer what the company was about etc. and I felt so comfortable. I signed up as a new customer. Robbie-my technician came the next day to begin my service and explained everything that he was doing . He noticed I have animals and explained what he was using and what I needed to do to keep my pets safe. He showed me where they placed the mosquito traps and explained everything else that he did excellent company!!

Emilio from Brooks Pest Control provided outstanding service. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly educate us about the treatment process and preventative measures. This was our 1st svc call – on 3.12.26 – from Brooks, with which I signed up yesterday. The svc tech Angel was at my home bright and early and had completed the exterior before introducing himself and discussing the placement of mosquito trap buckets. He was personable, friendly, and informative, assuring us that all chemicals were safe for our outdoor and indoor cats when he treated the indoors, and we discussed the procedures for periodic, or requested, svc calls. As my home is located in the Kendall area of Miami-Dade County, it was also a pleasure dealing with an English-speaker. Overall my 1st impressions are overwhelmingly positive, and I’m hopeful that this will continue.
